At Everest Air, we strongly believe in having your unit serviced at least once a year. Not only will you love the lower utility bills, but your system will love you and will keep working longer and more efficiently.
When our technicians come out to maintain your unit, they will thoroughly examine the system including tightening electrical components, measuring the amp draw on all motors, inspecting your air filters, acid washing the condenser coil (in the spring), cleaning the condensation pump, measure the refrigerant balance and more. We pride ourselves on doing great work and being honest with our findings. If you choose to sign up for our yearly maintenance plan, you will never be charged overtime if you need us to come out after hours, and you will always receive a 15% discount on all service work.
Energy Efficient = Lower Utility Bills
Having a well-maintained system is the easiest way to ensure the system is running as smoothly as possible, which in turn helps it be energy efficient and save you money on your utility bill. A system that is in need of maintenance will have more energy draw and may lead to premature failure of some of the components.

We recommend this service at least once a year, and if you choose to subscribe to our RESA program, you’ll get two routine maintenance visits every year, never pay overtime fees on after-hours calls, and you’ll get 15% off all service work!
